Just drop in

You don't need experience. You just need to want to.

A drop-in is a single, paid class — perfect if you're visiting, passing through, or simply want to practise once before deciding on anything more. No membership, no commitment.

Booking

Booking is done on the contacts page — fill in the form and we'll handle the rest. Or, if you prefer, message us directly.

Subject to availability — please confirm before coming.

Not sure which class to choose?

Take a look at our schedule and pick the one that suits you best. For Yoga for Neurodivergent People and Yoga Therapy, we suggest a short chat before your first class.

What to bring

Comfortable clothes you can move in. The rooms have tatami — you don't need a mat. Come on a light stomach: avoid eating in the two hours before class.

What to expect

A class lasts 60 to 90 minutes. It includes postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation. The teacher adapts to your pace. We'd suggest practising for at least a month — it's usually from the second or third week that the benefits start to settle in.
